Cutting edge legal firm is seeking an experienced an Administrative Assistant to oversee all administrative functions of litigation andc claims. The Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for assisting owner with scheduling of meetings, all correspondence and assistance in various projects.
Individual must be hands-on. Strong supervisory skills are necessary. Individual will be self-motivated and must be able to work independently. Strong computer skills are a must, especially in Microsoft Word and Access. Must be Internet proficient.

Summer Internship

Description: A summer position is available from May 15, 2007 through August 15, 2007 for the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm. The summer associate will be involved inmany aspects of file preparation and organization including client contact and communications with other parties involved in various types of litigation.
Qualification: The job requires strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Access and MS Word. Excxellent communication skills are necessary. Two years of college preferred.
